Alex is the founder and chef of Savory Summit,
he has led his team of chefs to operate the Western catering industry for many years.
Alex has received professional training in Western cuisine and has participated in many large and small
cooking competitions, known for his innovative approach to traditional dishes.
Alex has 30 years of experience as a chef, you can fully expect him to bring rich cooking methods and
creativity to each dish, making your dining experience exquisite and unforgettable.
He currently works as a executive chef in the kitchen of the KLCC branch.
After the chef's selection, we choose Charolais beef and we usually choose his Filet Mignon and t-bone cuts for making steaks,
and the patties of beef burgers are ground fresh daily.
We use the freshest ingredients every day to ensure the freshness and quality of our food.
Beside that, in terms of pizza, we have traditional Italian style,
Hawaiian style and our chef Alex own original signature flavors.
